I used to think that polymer clay was kid stuff, you know, crafty. Then I stumbled into an art gallery that was specifically for polymer clay artists...no other mediums. I was stunned at how intricate and beautiful some of these beads were. It was then that I realized that polymer clay can be art art form....if executed well.

And the great thing is, that once you learn, it is an affordable medium that doesn't require much space or expense.

These are some beads that "happened" while I was in the process of creating color buttons for a color chart to use as a teaching aid, as well as for my own use in the studio. I just couldn't resist using some of the patterns that emerged when the blending the colors.
